However, since our programs involve digital delivery of educational content and personalized services, certain refund and cancellation conditions apply as outlined below.


1. Course Enrollment and Digital Delivery

All our courses, study materials, and video content are delivered digitally.
Once access is granted to the student, the service is considered delivered in full.
Therefore, course fees paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy ensures the fairness and integrity of our digital education system.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Numerology, Astrology, Palmistry, Vastu, or Healing consultations

  • Course fees for any program (Foundation, Advanced, or Professional)

  • Workshop or webinar registration fees

  • Certificate re-issuance or administrative charges

Once a course or consultation has started or been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


3. Refunds for Technical Errors or Duplicate Payments

In rare cases where a technical issue or duplicate transaction occurs during payment, you may request a refund.
To initiate a claim, please send a detailed email to:

Include proof of payment, date, and transaction ID.

Once verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.


4. Course Cancellations by Astrotopper Online

In the unlikely event that Astrotopper Online cancels or discontinues a course due to unavoidable reasons (technical issues, internal restructuring, or instructor unavailability):

  • Students will either be transferred to an equivalent course, or

  • Offered a full refund of the course fee paid.

The decision will be made at the sole discretion of Astrotopper Online.


5. Consultation Appointments and Rescheduling

If you have booked a personal consultation, you may reschedule it by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance through WhatsApp at +91 9157957755.
Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.


6. No Cash Refunds or Partial Returns

All approved refunds (if any) are processed digitally to the original payment source.
We do not provide cash refunds or partial adjustments for unused portions of courses or consultations.


7. Disputes and Clarifications

If you have any concern or confusion regarding your payment, please reach out within 7 days of transaction at:

8. Policy Updates

All matters related to payments, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
